Shropshire Gardens Virtually Visited

At the meeting of our Gardening Group on Wednesday 12 July 2023, we were treated to a virtual visit to a large number of gardens open to the public in Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales.

Robert and Gill had a large number of slides having visited a large number of gardens. Some were private gardens that were open to the public, and many of the others were National Trust Properties. On the list of those visited were Hodnet Hall, Wollerton Old Hall, Attingham Hall, Erddig, Tatton Park, Biddulph Grange, The Dorothy Clive Gardens, Upton House and Betton House.

With many excellent photographs of specimen plants, it was a breath of fresh air for those attending.
