Our Gardening Group met on Wednesday 22 July 2026 for a sumptuous afternoon tea in one of our member’s gardens.

There was an abundance of garden plants to recognise, and in particular, one border was delightful with a mix of lavateria and golden rod. This garden contained many ornaments, all of which blended in seamlessly to the overall effect.

There was much discussion about the continuing dry spell and heatwave, with many ideas on what we could do to releave the effects of the drought and the heat.
