On Tuesday 21 October 2025, our Healthy Living Group met for a gentle Chair Yoga Session.
Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that uses a chair for support, allowing people to perform poses while seated or using the chair for balance. It is designed to be accessible to anyone, especially those with limited mobility, balance issues, or those who sit for long periods, and it offers benefits like increased flexibility, strength, circulation, and reduced stress.
Our Healthy Living Group’s next meeting will be 18 November 2025.
