On Wednesday 25 June 2025 we had our Annual General Meeting followed by a picnic held in the grounds surrounding the Masonic Centre in Northwick Circle.

We started at 11:05am with the Apologies for Absence. The Minutes of the previous AGM were approved. There were no matters arising, so we moved on to the Chair’s Report, which had been circulated before the meeting. It was also approved. The Treasurer’s Report had been circulated before the meeting and the Examined Accounts were presented. The Accounts and the Report were also approved.

The Officers for 2025-2026 were elected unopposed, and the Committee Members were also elected unopposed. Our Independent Examiner for the Accounts was introduced and elected again unanimously. There being no Any Other Business, the meeting was closed at 11:47am.

We then decamped into the shade of the trees outside for some to enjoy their picnic whilst others stayed indoors and enjoyed theirs. All told, the event ran smoothly, and thanks were expressed to all those involved in organising the event.
